We created this Islamic nikah contract to address common issues seen within the community.

This contract:

Grants a wife the ability to initiate a Talaq in addition to her right to a Khula.
Concludes the Islamic marriage when a legal divorce is finalized (if applicable).
Explicitly defines the type of mahr provided and the conditions for granting a deferred mahr.
Provides the opportunity to attach legally enforceable documents to the Islamic nikah contract.
Allows the couple to add additional Islamically binding clauses to the contract
Advocates and designates a professional mediation service for the couple prior to a divorce.
